We had previously heard that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 would either come with 2GB or 3GB of RAM, we though that the 3G version of the device would feature 2GB of RAM and that the LTE version would come with 3GB.

Now according to a recent report, both versions of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will come with 3GB of RAM. The handset is also reported to come with a slimmer design and could end up  measuring just 8mm thick.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is rumored to be available with different processors in different markets, we are expecting the US and European version of the handset to come with a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with a clock speed of 2.3GHz.

The other version of the Galaxy Note 3 is rumored to feature a Samsung Exynos 5420 processor, the LTE version of the handset is also rumored to support LTE Advanced.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is expected to feature a full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, there may be two different display versions available, one with an LCD display and one with a Super AMOLED display.

The Galaxy Note 3 is rumored to come with a 13 megapixel camera, the camera will apparently come with a number of advanced camera features.

Samsung launched its new eye tracking technology with the Samsung Galaxy S4, these features, Eye Pause and Eye Scroll are also expected to be available in the new Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

Samsung are rumored to be announcing the Galaxy Note 3 in September at a Samsung Unpacked event on the 4th of September, they will then be showing the handset off at IFA in September.

We are expecting the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 to go on sale before the end of September. Samsung will be rolling the device out globally at the same time, so we can expect it to hit the stores in the US and Europe before the end of September.
