Samsung has started rolling out the first software update for its new smart watch, the Samsung Galaxy Gear, the update has started rolling out to the Galaxy Gear in the UK.
The Samsung Galaxy gear update comes with the build number V700XXUAMJ8, the update apparently fixes a number of bugs, although there are apparently no noticeable changes.

When the Samsung Galaxy gear was launched, the handset was only compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, although Samsung recently released a number of updates which made the handset work with the Galaxy S4, the Galaxy Note 2 and the Galaxy S3.
The Samsung Galaxy Gear is powered by a single core 800MHz processor, this new wearable gadget also features a 1.63 inch touchscreen display that has a resolution of 320 x 320 pixels.

The Galaxy Gear comes with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, and the device also comes with 4GB of built in storage and 2GB of RAM, there is also a 1.9 megapixel camera and a 315 mAh battery.
