We are still waiting to find out when the new Samsung Galaxy Fold will launch and now the 5G version of the handset has recently received the certifications it need before launch.
According to a recent report the Samsung Galaxy Fold 5G received certification from the WiFi Alliance at the end of last month. It also received certification from the Bluetooth SIG earlier this month.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold will be available in both LTE and 5G versions, we heard recently that the device is apparently ready for launch. The launch of the device was delayed after issues with the display of the handset were discovered by a number of reviewers, Samsung has apparently now fixed these issues.
A number of rumors have suggested that Samsung will launch their new folding smartphones some time in July, although this has yet to be confirmed by Samsung. As soon as we get some details on the exact release date of the handset, we will let you guys know.
