Robotbase has unveiled a new and possibly revolutionary new personal robot that is completely autonomous and equipped with artificial intelligence to help you stay organised and aid you with your daily life.

The Robotbase personal assitant is equipped with a number of sensors including accelerometer, gyroscope, compass, humidity sensor, temperature sensor, CO2 sensor as well as sensors to detect for solvent vapours.
The robot display takes the form of an LCD capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels and supports multitouch gestures. The robot is also fitted with a 3D depth range camera together with a noise cancelling microphone and far field voice recognition. Communication with the robot is available via Bluetooth, USB 2.0 port, wireless connectivity, Zigbee and Z-Wave Plus.
The robot is available to pledge for $995 over on the Kickstarter crowdfunding website providing early backers with a saving of $1,000 off the suggested $1,995 retail price.
