Razer are expanding their new Razer Phone to Asia and the first country to get the device is Singapore. The handset is now available to pre-order from mobile carrier Singtel. The handset launched in the US first and also landed in the UK recently.
Razer CEO Min-Liang Tan had the following to say about the launch of the device in Asia “While we founded Razer in California, US, I’m a Singaporean still and I’m very excited to make Singapore the first country in Asia to release the Razer Phone”.
The handset comes with a 5.72 inch IGZO LCD display that has a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, the handset has been designed for gamers and it features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and a massive 8GB of RAM.
Other specifications on the Razer Phone include 64GB of included storage, this can be expanded further by a microSD card slot. The handset comes with front and rear cameras. On the front of the device there is an 8 megapixel camera for Selfies.
On the back of the handset there is two cameras, one camera features a wide angle lens and a 12 megapixel sensor, the other features a telephoto lens and a 13 megapixel sensor. The handset comes with Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
