Nanomesher the audio and Internet of Things developer and maker has returned to Kickstarter this week to launch their new Raspberry Pi NanoSound audio archiving system that is capable of auto extracting CDs also provides a way to stream your audio through your network. Building on previous Kickstarter campaigns for hardware such as the NanoSound DAC and DAC2 latest project fully automatic and bit perfect CD ripper which outputs to variety of lossless formats. You can even provide your very own Raspberry Pi 3 Model B , Pi 3 Model B+ or Pi 4 if you have one gathering dust. “You have hundreds of CD which are sitting there waiting to be digitalised. Dedicated CD ripper are expensive , reusing a PC takes up space and use more electricity than needed.”
