Earlier today we heard that Apple were suing Qualcomm for patents its owns related to two of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon processors. The two companies have filed a number of lawsuits against each other in recent months.
Now Qualcomm has filed a new lawsuit against Apple and this on included their new iPhone X as well as other devices.
Qualcomm has filed a new lawsuit in the US District Court inn the Southern District of California. the company is alleging that Apple has infringed on five Qualcomm patents. The patents are related to power management in mobile CPUs, radio frequency transmitters and more.
The lawsuit covers a number of Apple devices, the iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and the new iPhone X. Qualcomm is looking for an injunction against these devices.
