Pocket Oscilloscope

Electronics enthusiasts searching for a pocket oscilloscope, logger and multimeter are sure to be interested in a new piece of hardware designed by Pokit Innovations based in Sydney, Australia. The Pokit is a small integrated multimeter, oscilloscope and logger that when combined with a smartphone application allows you to test and measure almost anything anywhere. Once the demonstration video below to learn more about the Pokit oscilloscope which connects wirelessly to your smartphone or tablet and is compatible with both Android and iOS devices.

Pokit has been designed to use the power of your smartphone to process and display detailed measurements and waveforms while taking measurements in real time. The minimalist design removes all the need for dials and knobs and is attached to 2 probe clips and comes complete with a handy travel pouch. Watch the demonstration video below to learn more about this tiny pocket oscilloscope.

After lots of work, we know we have the product design right, but there is always more to do! We have a tight timeline and want to avoid delays, but we also won’t ship until everything’s perfect. Production setup is always a challenging period. Manufacturers take time to refine processes, achieve efficiency and improve yields. Several trial runs are often needed. The reliable and timely supply of components is often dependent on external market forces beyond anyone’s control. For this reason, we plan to commence procurement well in advance. Things don’t always go to plan when it comes to innovation, but we have an experienced team. We know that intelligence and perseverance always wins.

Pokit is now available to back via Kickstarter with early bird pledges starting from just $59 and delivery expected to take place during April 2018. For full specifications and more information jump over to the official Kickstarter campaign page via the link below.
