If you have been patiently waiting for the little PLAiR streaming devices to launch, after being first unveiled back in CES earlier this year, you will be pleased to learn that the PLAiR device is now available to purchase.
PLAiR has been designed to free up its users from the mirroring restrictions of AirPlay and other alternatives. When a user beams a video, PLAiR takes over the streaming and allows the user to browse the Web, logon to Facebook. Watch the video after the jump to see it in action and learn more.
PLAiR is powered by a 1GHz ARM Processor, supported by 1GB of DDR3 RAM, together with 802.11n wireless, and a built in GPU/VPU for full 1080p streaming.
PLAiR is available in three colours Raven, Aqua or Passion and is now available to purchase from the PLAiR website for $99.
