The innovative Pivot Power strip design we covered here on Geeky Gadgets back when it was just a concept on Quirky has made the jump from concept to reality and is now available to purchase.
The Pivot Power strip is the brain child of designer Jake Zien, and allows you to add any number of weird and wonderful adapters you might have for your gadgets, by bending the power strip into shapes. Watch the video after the jump to see how the unique Pivot power strip design functions.
When the design first appeared on Quirky, 960 people “committed” to buying the new Pivot Power Strip and after a fairly long wait they should have started receiving their unique Pivot Power Strips.
The Pivot Power Strips are now available to purchase from the Quirky website for $29.99. The Pivot Power is approved for use in the United States and Canada. Future versions are planned for a wider international release. No timeframe has been set.
