Pionner has this week introduced and launched their new XDJ-AERO, the first-ever wireless all-in-one DJ system, which is also a native player for the Rekordbox software.
The new XDJ-AERO is compatible with Pioneer’s new mobile apps for smartphones and tablets, allowing you to tinker with your music while away from your studio. Watch the video after the jump to learn more about the XDJ-AERO project and see it in action.
Other features include the ability to switch between the XDJ-AERO’s mobile and USB, with a simple button press, as well as comprehensive sample banks, Sound Colour Filters and rekordbox quantized beat sync. Together with a 24-bit audio interface, MIDI controller for Traktor and HID controller for Virtual DJ software.
The Pioneer XDJ-AERO wireless controller will be arriving in stores later this month for around £869 or $1,399.
