PayPal has rolled out a new update for their PayPal iOS app which has brought with it a number of new tweaks, enhancements and features. One of which now allows you to now store your favourite loyalty cards within the PayPal iOS application.
It seems PayPal has taken a page from Apple’s Passbook application which also enables users to store loyalty cards as well as tickets and gift cards within the iOS application.
The latest PayPal 5.5 iOS application allows you to carry a virtual versions of your loyalty cards enabling you to have a more streamlined wallet or purse. Another new feature included in the latest update provides users with faster logins, thanks to behind-the-scenes tweaks and bug fixes.
However one feature that has been removed is the the “scan a check” feature, which some users are sure to miss. You can still add money to your PayPal account directly from your main bank account with ease though when required.
