Patriots Campers have unveiled their first new camper trailer in five years, offering a hard-top camper trailer that “refines on the five-time Camper Trailer of the Year winning X1 Grand Tourer.” Pricing starts from around $46,990 and the X1-H features a remote controlled Hexocore lid fitted with solar panels and an opening mechanism that just takes 60 seconds to reveal “luxurious living quarters where strip lighting illuminates around the bed and hex-pattern roof lining insulates from the elements”. Check out the videos below to learn more about the kitchen area and sleeping quarters of the Patriot X1-H camper trailer. Its creators explain more about the design features of the camper trailer.
“We’ve done away with the Grand Tourer moniker for this year and the X1-H is now the flagship model for this proudly Australian Made company. It’s not until you’ve climbed onto the X1-H’s gel-topped, pocket-spring mattress that you realise how comfortable the living quarters of our newest model really is. Overhead you’ll see a plush, hex-pattern roof lining that helps to quieten the cabin. Strip lighting illuminates the bed from the edges and ample head room feels more spacious than ever.”
The X1-H’s modular setup allows users to setup the awning independently of the tent and vice verse. The CS3 also features a zip on change room and additional A-frame kid’s room that fits two bunk sets. The Hexocore hard top lid on the X1-H is moulded from composite materials and features a built-in 130W solar panel that is constantly charging your trailer enabling you to stay powered up even while away from the grid.
