Panasonic has this week launched it first-ever range of Panasonic Streaming Boxes which are equipped with support for Miracast a new display mirroring feature, that were first unveiled at CES 2013 earlier this year.
Mircast allows users to transfer and display photos, videos, movies, music, and video games from their Smartphone and Tablet devices directly to the Panasonic Streaming Box if their mobile device is running Android 4.2 or later.
The new Panasonic Streaming Box range includes both the DMP-MST60 and the DMP-MS10 featuring VIERA Connect and IP VOD respectively. The DMP-MST60 Panasonic Streaming Box is priced at $99.99 and the DMP-MS10 priced at $79.99. Panasonic explains:
“The Panasonic MS10 includes built-in Wi-Fi and contains access to IP VOD, giving users the ability to stream many of their favorite TV shows, movies and music from a variety of popular applications including Netflix, Hulu Plus, CinemaNow, Vudu, and YouTube.

The MST60 also includes a Web browser with cursor for easy maneuvering.”
