Panasonic has today unveiled a number of new additions to their range of Lumix cameras, with one of the new arrivals being the Panasonic Lumix LX7.
The Panasonic Lumix LX7 is equipped with a 1/1.7-inch 10.1 megapixel MOS Sensor, and 24 mm ultra wide angle Leica DC Vario-Summilux lens, which is equipped with a 3.8x optical zoom.
The lens within the Panasonic Lumix LX7 brings with it 11 elements in 10 groups with five aspherical lenses and nine aspherical surfaces, together with a dual-sided aspherical surface extra-low dispersion lens, and is the first time Panasonic has used the technology on one of their Lumix cameras.
Other features included on the new Lumix LX7 camera include Face Recognition, Intelligent ISO Control, AF Tracking, Intelligent Scene Selector and Intelligent D-range Control.
Together with POWER O.I.S., Motion Deblur, and Panasonic’s Intelligent Night Shot mode.Unfortunately no information on pricing or worldwide availability has been released as yet, but as soon as information comes to light we will keep you updated as always.
