Panasonic have been show casing a prototype of their new Panasonic 4K GH Ultra HD camera at the CES 2014 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas this week. Watch the video after the jump to see a glimpse of it behind glass.
No specifications have been released by Panasonic at the current time but the Panasonic 4K GH Ultra HD camera is thought to be equipped with a 16 megapixel sensor, 1/8000 shutter, 21mm OLED viewfinder, 3,000+ dot, 1mil dot OLED screen.
Other features of the Panasonic 4K GH camera are thought to include Time code, 200mbps mp4 All-i/100mbps IPB, 4k/30p video recording, 4:2:2 10/8bit output and a 3G-SDI and XLR adaptor (An adaptor that the camera sits on with XLR x2, HD-SDI x4) according to the 43Rumours website.
As soon as Panasonic decides to release the official specifications, release date and price for the new Panasonic 4K GH camera we will keep you updated as always as soon as they become available. Rumours suggest that it might be priced just under $2,000 when it launches.
