Apple has released a new version of OS X Yosemite for developers, in the form of Developer Preview 2, and it comes with some new features.
Some of the new features in the OS X Yosemite Developer Preview 2 include Photo Booth, this was not available in the first beta version of Apple’s new OS.
Apple have also included an update for Time Machine, it now comes with a new interface that removes the stars, and there is also an updated version of screen sharing, which allows you to block incoming screen share requests.
On top of that there is also a new settings icon,, and new features for AirDrop, which include a notification on the Macs display when a new file is being sent to you.
There have also apparently been improvements to Handoff in the OS X Yosemite Developer Preview 2, and it is apparently more functional than in the previous version.
Apple will be releasing the next major version of their Desktop OS this fall, the company has also said that they will release a beta of Yosemite this summer, that will be available to 1 million users to test out.
As soon as we get some more information on other new features that will be added to Yosemite, and also some details of an exact launch date, we will let you guys know.
