The new OnePlus 5 will be made official later this month, OnePlus are holding a press conference on the 20th of June 2017 and now we have some more details on the handset.
The device has been spotted on Geekbench and this confirms some of the specifications we previously heard about the OnePlus 5, it is listed on Geekbench with the model number OnePlus A5000.
We previously heard that there could possibly be two version of the handset, one with 6GB of RAM and the other with 8GB of RAM and the 8GB version is the one that has appeared on Geekbench, you can see the benchmarks below.
As we heard previously the new OnePlus 5 will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and for storage there will be a choice of either 64GB or 128GB.
The handset will come with Android 7.1.1 Nougat and it will feature a 5.5 inch display with a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
As we have seen in the leaked photos, the handset will feature dual rear cameras and these are said to be two 13 megapixel sensors, as yet there are no details on the front camera.
The OnePlus 5 sounds like an impressive handset, we will have more details about the device when it is made official later this month.
