Last week we featured the new Omate TrueSmart smartwatch which has been created and is currently running a Kickstarter project to raise funds to make the jump from concept to production.
Now even with 23 days to go the Omate TrueSmart smartwatch will make the jump to production and has blasted past its required $100,000 pledge goal raising more than $400,000 since its Kickstarter campaign launched. Watch the video after the jump to see it in action.

The Omate Smartwatch is equipped with a Dual Core Cortex A7 1.3GHz processor and fitted with a 1.54’’ TFT by LG display with a resolution of 240 x 240 and runs a custom Omate UI 1.0 on Google’s latest Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system.
Other fathers of the new Omate Smartwatch include a 512MB + 4GB memory that is expandable using microSD 8/16/32GB cards together with a 600 mAh battery offering up to 100 hours standby time. As well as a G-sensor, E-Compass, Gyroscope, IP67 as well as 2G GSM: GPRS class 12 EDGE Multi-Slot Class 12, 3G WCDMA: HSPA 7.2Mbps/5.76Mbps, WiFi: IEEE 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity together with GPS support.
