Novero has unveiled its new Solana hybrid tablet/laptop device at MWC this month, which has been deigned to provide the best of both worlds in one package. The new Novero Solana has been designed to provide a portable solution for users that would like to combine the best of both laptops and tablets together.
The Novero Solana allows you to transform between laptop and tablet mode with just one flip of the screen, or switch between the two supplied operating systems: Genuine Windows 7 (Windows 8 ready) and Android with the tap of a button.
The Novero Solana comes equipped with a 10″ flip design capacitive touch screen, and is powered by an Intel Atom Dual-Core N2600 Cedar Trail processor supported by 2GB DDR3 RAM memory. Its also equipped with connectivity for 3G WWAN, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and comes fitted with a built in video camera.
Storage on the Novero Solana is supplied via solid state disk drive in sizes of either 64GB or 128GB. The Novero Solana will be arriving at the beginning of the second quarter of 2012 and will be available to buy for around $700 depending on options.
