Apple hardware users looking for a convenient way to charge multiple devices simultaneously from one power cable may be interested in a new four-way Lightning charger called the Node, which has been unveiled this week. The small Lightning adapter is now available to preorder priced at $19.95 and will start shipping in a few weeks time on March 1st, 2018.
As you can see from the images above and below the Lightning adapter offers a splitter which transforms one Lightning connection into three, apparently allowing you to charge your iPad, iPhone and even desktop Apple devices such as your Apple Pencil, Apple keyboard or Apple mouse simultaneously. Thanks to the neat design which provides two male and two female Lightning ports.
No details have been provided as to how much power each socket will be able to provide from a single Lightning connection, but I imagine the charge would take longer depending on how many devices you have connected. At the current time, there is also no mention of any MFi certification, but more information is available from the I Love Handles website. Although I would recommend proceeding with caution until answers for the above have been provided. But in the meantime for more information or to ask further questions regarding the Node, Lightning multi-charger, jump over to the official website via the link below.
