If you didn’t manage to pre-order one of Google’s new Google Nexus 7 tablets, the device has now gone on sale at the Carphone Warehouse stores here in the UK.
They are selling the 16GB version of the Nexus 7 for £199.99, or you can get the device for free on any of their tethered data contracts which cost £20.50 per month, of course you will need another device to tether the Nexus 7 too.
The Google Nexus 7 comes with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and features a 7 inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, processing is provided by a quad core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor and it also comes with a 12 core GPU.
There are two different versions of the Google Nexus 7 available, one with 8GB of built in storage which retails for £159 and one with 16GB of built in storage which retails for £199, but the Carphone Warehouse only have the 16GB model available.
