This week during the E3 games event Microsoft has taken the opportunity to unveil their plans for new Xbox One games that will be launching on their next-generation games console, including exclusive Xbox One games such as Sunset Overdrive, Forza Horizon 2, Fable Legends and Dance Central Spotlight.
Microsoft also announced that the highly anticipated Halo: The Master Chief Collection would also be launching on the Xbox One platform and will be launched as a single disk sometime in November of this year.
During their press conference Microsoft revealed that since the Xbox One’s launch the Xbox games community has spent nearly 1.7 billion hours playing games and watching entertainment via the next-gen console, equalling an average of five hours per day per Xbox One. Phil Spencer head of Xbox explained:
“We are committed to delivering amazing experiences that will help define this generation of games and delight the millions of passionate Xbox fans around the world,”-“Xbox will be the only place you can enjoy the most-anticipated blockbusters and new franchises, including exclusives”
“In addition, on Xbox One gamers will be able to play upcoming hits like ‘Destiny,’ ‘Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare,’ ‘Assassin’s Creed Unity’ and a vibrant catalog of games from independent developers.”
