
A graphics comparison has been created by DigitalFoundry showing that the new Uncharted Trilogy that will soon be making its way to Sony’s PlayStation 4 is more than just a quick port of the old PS3 games.
As you can see in the video below that shows the older PlayStation 3 graphics in comparison next to the new PlayStation 4 graphics. The development team at Bluepoint Games to working hard to make the game include more enhanced graphics as well as run at a higher frame rate.
Bluepoint Games are working to enable players to enjoy the single-player campaigns of Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception in 1080p and 60fps with better lighting, textures, and models, but they’re also working on a range of improvements and additions across all three games.
When does a remaster become a remake? Bluepoint Games work on each Uncharted title sees a vast range of upgrades in play. Even incidental textures and objects only shown briefly in one cut-scene get new and improved geometry and textures. Watch the vid to find out more.
The Uncharted The Nathan Drake Collection will be available from October 7th 2015 or 9th October in UK and Ireland.
