Sennheiser has today unveiled a new addition to its range of multi-platform gaming headsets with the launch of the Sennheiser GSP 500 gaming headphones designed for PC, Mac, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Created to revive players with “high-fidelity sound with incredible spatiality”. The new headset equipped with a 2-axis metal hinge system and an adjustable headband for a custom fit will be available to purchase priced at £200 or $230, offering a slightly more affordable gaming headset when compared to the already available GSP 500 which is priced at £220 or $250.
The GSP 500 gaming headset features and open-back acoustic design that allows players to “get truly immersed in the superb audio detail and dynamics of the game” says Sennheiser. The headset also features a range of enhancements to provide extra comfort during those longer gaming sessions with breathable soft ear pad that mirrors the shape of the ear to enhance wearing comfort.
Other features include an advanced noise-cancelling broadcast quality microphone for crystal-clear communication, adjustable contact pressure function on the headband provides a customized fit on different head sizes and the microphone will automatically mute just by simply raising the boom arm.
