Halo fans looking forward to the release of the Halo Master Chief Collection which will be arriving in stores on November 11th 2014, are sure to enjoy this new teaser trailer that has been released by 343 Industries called ‘Terminal’.
The new Halo Master Chief Collection includes the Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary, Halo 2 Anniversary, Halo 3, and Halo 4 games as well as all multiplayer maps and all Halo 4 Spartan Ops missions.
Together with Halo: Nightfall the original live-action digital series that introduces a pivotal new character in Halo 5: Guardians. The new remastered games have been tweaked to run at 1080p at 60fps offering games the best graphics the Xbox One console can handle, and will be priced at $60.
During the recent RTX panel hosted by 343 and Certain Affinity features you can expect to enjoy include :
– The Coagulation will be one of the six remastered maps.
– Halo 2 Anniversary will also offer new modes like Ricochet (from Halo 4), Race (with “a huge number of game mode options”), SWAT, Infection, and others.
– The Mongoose vehicle is being upgraded with mounted guns to become the “Gungoose,” and will join the Mongoose in capture the flag mode maps.
During the panel the 343team explained that they currently have no plans to give Halo 3 the anniversary treatment at the moment.
“The Halo journey begins in 2014 by remembering and celebrating our past. This holiday, Halo: The Master Chief Collection will launch on Xbox One, marking the first time the entire Master Chief story will be playable on a single console. In December, the journey continues with the competitive multiplayer beta of Halo 5: Guardians, leading up to the fall 2015 launch alongside the Halo television series.”
