If you are in the market for a new drone for your business or more specifically your agricultural business you may be interested in a new piece of hardware that we saw last week, the DJI MG-1 crop spraying drone which is priced starting at $15,000 and is now available to pre-order.
As you can tell from the price point this is not for home entertainment but has been specifically designed to spray pesticides on crops using a 2.6 gallon tank.

The drone is fitted with eight rotors and is capable of flying with a full load for 12 minutes on a single charge giving it enough time to spray between 7 and 10 acres of land per hour. Other features of the new DJI MG-1 drone include a dust resistant casing as well as a cooling system that helps keep the internal processing unit cooler one extended working life.
DJI has now started taking preorders for the new MG-1 drone in China and will soon be rolling out the aerial vehicle to South Korea and other markets around the world. For more details and to express your interest in the MG-1 drone jump over to the official DJI website via the link below.
