Battery life is one thing that smartwatch makers are focusing on, although the current devices on the market do not have batteries that last more than a couple of days.
Last year the new Asus ZenWatch was launched and the device promises a battery life of up to 2 days, although it is apparently not easy to get full two days out of the device, this is something the company is looking to improve on.
Asus CEO Jonney Shih has big plans for the next generation Asus ZenWatch, and the company will be focusing on battery life for their second generation smartwatch.
According to the Asus CEO, the new Asus ZenWatch may come with a battery life of up to 7 days, which would be a significant improvement over the current device.
We can expect to see the next generation Asus smartwatch some time in the third quarter of 2015, this has already been confirmed by Asus, as soon as we get some details on what updates this wearable gadcget will come with we will let you guys know.
