Netflix has today arrived on Nintendo’s 3DS console now enabling 3DS owners to watch TV shows directly from their consoles. Currently the Netflix service is only a 2D affair and the new application is available from today as a free download from Nintendo’s eShop. To use the new service all users require is a 3DS console, Wi-Fi connection and of course a Netflix streaming subscription.
Nintendo has also rolled out a new service for it’s 3DS users in Europe and Japan the form of their new “Nintendo Video” service for downloading free 2D and 3D videos, the service is expected to arrive in the US during the summer months.
