It looks like Google has a new feature which it plans to release for Android smartphones and tablets, the new feature has been discovered in the latest version of Google’s mobile OS, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
The guys over at Phandroid received a tip from an Android developer who discovered some interesting code which was hidden inside the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean ASOP.
It looks like Google has plans to introduce multiple user accounts to Android in the future, which would mean that you could have more than one account on a particular device.
This would mean that you could have one user with one set of settings for the device, and another with a completely different set of settings, this certainly would be a useful feature.
There are no details as yet on when Google plans to enable multiple user accounts on Android, and also no details on exactly how the service will work, as soon as we get some more information we will let you guys know.
