We have seen a number of leaked photos of the new Moto X+1, and now we have an official press shot of the handset which was posted on twitter by Evan Blass (@evleaks).
We have already heard some specifications on the new Moto X+1, the handset is rumored to come with a 5.2 inch full high definition display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
Under the hood of the Moto X+1 is a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor with a clock speed of 2.5GHz, plus an Adreno 330 GPU and 2GB of RAM.
The handset will also come with 16GB and front and rear facing cameras, the front camera is said to be a 2 megapixel version and the rear camera is rumored to be a 12 megapixel model which is capable of 4K video.
The Moto X+1 will come with Android 4.4.4 KitKat, and as you can see from the photo it will come with a range of customizable back cases like the Moto X.
Motorola are holding their IFA press event on the 4th of September, the company is expected to unveil the new Moto X+1, as well as a number of other devices, including the Moto 360 smartwatch and the Moto G2 smartphone.
