Motorola is rumored to be working on the successor of the highly customized Moto X. We’ve seen the handset getting leaked on a number of occasions.
Recently, an image of the alleged Moto X+1 was spotted online, along with some of the specifications of the handset.
It appears that Moto X+1 will offer significant improvements over the Moto X, not just in terms of looks, but internals as well. The upcoming handset is said to come with a 1080p display. If you can’t recall, we even came across a screenshot posted by a Motorola executive from a device with a 1080p display, which is said to be the Moto X+1.
Other rumored features according to this report includes 2GB of RAM, 16/32/64GB internal storage with a microSD card slot for expansion. This is something which was missing from the original Moto X, and was lately introduced in the LTE version of the Moto G. Rumors also suggest that Moto X+1 will also come with an improved camera, and we’ve yet to see what it will offer.
More information about the processor, battery, software and other information are not available at the moment, but we’re hoping the rumor mill will have more information to offer in the coming days. We’ll update you as soon any other information comes up.
