If you have been wondering what Microsoft has planned for their Windows 10 Mobile OS, the company has now revealed that the OS is not a focus for them.
Microsoft does not have any plans to add any new features to the OS, although it will continue to release software updates that will include bug fixes and also security updates.
Microsoft’s Joe Belfiore confirmed in Twitter that the company does not plan to release any new features to the OS. You can see the tweet below.
Of course we’ll continue to support the platform.. bug fixes, security updates, etc. But building new features/hw aren’t the focus. 😟 https://t.co/0CH9TZdIFu

Microsoft is no longer focusing on the platform as it has had trouble getting developers to develop apps for Windows 10 Mobile. The company feels that the lack of available apps has stopped people using the platform.
