Microsoft has released an updated version of its Office for iOS apps and the latest version of the apps now support Apple’s iCloud.
Now Apple devices that are running iOS 8 and above can backup their Office documents to Apple’s iCloud.
The iCloud support has been added to three Office for iOS apps which includes Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
You will now be able to save your Office for iOS files to iCloud and then open and edit the documents on your iOS device, previously the software supported Microsoft’s OneDrive and also Dropbox.
The latest versions of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint for the iPhone and iPad are now available to download from the iTunes app store.
