Kristoph Krisjans has returned once again to Kickstarter to launch the campaign for his latest kinetic desktop toy the Mezmocoin. A pocket sized spinner that creates a “mind-bending optical illusion of continuously flowing spiral” And is capable of spinning for up to 12 minutes.
The small kinetic toy is also available with a Precision machined mount aptly named the MezmoStand, constructed from stainless steel to complement the Mezmocoin. watch the demonstration video below to learn more about the unique desktop toy which can also be carried in your pocket to help with focus and those fidgety moments.
“We love spinning toys! The physics behind them are simply remarkable. Seeing a flat object balancing absolutely still on a tiny tip is just mesmerizing- like it would tend to defy gravity while rotating. We listen to our backers- many requested longer spinning times so we decided to bring it to the next level. The combination of flat metal body and tungsten carbide tip allows to achieve rotation longer than 12 minutes on a glass surface. So far our record is 14:40 min.”
Pledges are available from £15 and worldwide shipping is expected to take place during September 2019.
