Meizu has announced two new smartphones, the Meizu Pro 7 and Pro 7 Plus, these two new handsets have dual displays.
The Meizu Pro 7 and Pro 7 Plus feature a secondary display on the back of the handset. This is used to display the weather, notifications, music, the time and more.
The Pro 7 comes with a 5.2 inch display with a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The handset is powered by a Helio P25 processor and comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The handset also has a 3000 mAh battery
The Meizu Pro 7 Plus features a 5.5 inch display with a Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The handset comes with a Helio P30 processor, 6GB of RAM and either 64GB or 128GB of included storage, plus a 3500 mAh battery.
Both handsets feature two 12 megapixel cameras on the back for photos and videos and a front facing 16 megapixel camera for Selfies. The Pro 7 will cost about $430 and the Pro 7 Plus about $530. The two handsets will go on sale in China on the 5th of August.
