The new MacBook Air comes with solid state storage, and now PhotoFast has released an upgrade kit that will increase the capacity on the 11.6 inch model up to 256GB.
The kit also comes with an Air USB 3 adapter, that lets you use your existing storage inside the MacBook as a USB 3.0 drive, which seems like a great idea and a good way to let you use the storage which has been upgraded.
You can even copy all your old files over using the Air USB 3 adapter, and according to the manufacturer the new solid state storage has transfer speeds of up to 250MB/s.
