LG announced their latest smartphone earlier, the LG V20, and now they have released a video of the handset in action.
The LG V20 comes with a 5.7 inch display that has a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and it features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor.
Advanced Features and Specifications
The handset comes with Android 7.0 Nougat and also the new LG UX 5.0+, which provides a more intuitive and customizable user experience. The device also comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in storage, which can be expanded further via a microSD card slot that supports up to 2TB of additional storage. This makes the LG V20 a versatile device for users who need ample space for apps, photos, videos, and other data.
Other specifications on the new LG V20 include a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, which is perfect for selfies and video calls. The rear of the device features dual cameras, with a 16-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens. This dual-camera setup allows for more versatile photography options, including wide-angle shots and enhanced low-light performance. The camera also supports advanced features such as laser autofocus, phase detection autofocus, and optical image stabilization, ensuring that users can capture high-quality images and videos in various conditions.
Audio and Build Quality
One of the standout features of the LG V20 is its focus on audio quality. The device includes a 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter), which provides superior sound quality for audiophiles. This feature reduces distortion and ambient noise, delivering a clearer and more immersive audio experience whether you’re listening through headphones or external speakers. Additionally, the LG V20 supports lossless audio formats, making it an excellent choice for music enthusiasts who demand the best sound quality.
The build quality of the LG V20 is also noteworthy. The device features a durable aluminum body with a sleek and modern design. It has passed MIL-STD-810G transit drop tests, which means it can withstand drops and shocks, making it a reliable choice for users who need a rugged smartphone. The removable back cover allows for easy access to the battery, which is a rare feature in modern smartphones. This means users can carry a spare battery and swap it out when needed, ensuring that the device can keep up with their busy lifestyles.
The new LG V20 is launching later this month, and LG has yet to give any details on pricing. However, considering its advanced features and specifications, it is expected to be competitively priced within the premium smartphone market. As soon as we get more information on the pricing and availability, we will let you guys know.
