LG has launched a new Android smartphone the LG Optimus Net P690, which is designed to be a budget device which will retail for about 199 Euros in Europe, and it is the follow up to the original LG Optimus One.
The LG Optimus Net features a 3.2 inch HVGA touchscreen display, plus Android 2.3 Gingerbread, WiFi and Bluetooth 3.0, and it looks like it will be available in Italy at first.
It also comes with 512MB of RAM, aGPS and a microSD card slot, there are no details as yet on when the LG Optimus Net will be available in other countries in Europe.
