It looks like LG is planning on launching a new dual core Android smartphone, the LG Optimus EX, which is reported to feature a 1.2GHz dual core processor and also come with Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
Other specifications on the LG Optimus EX include a 4 inch multi-touch touchscreen display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, plus a five megapixel camera on the back.
The LG Optimus EX will also come with 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0 and it will be available in white and black. It isn’t clear as yet on whether we will see the LG Optimus EX in the US and Europe as it is headed to South Korea.
