LG is rolling out an update to its LG Optimus 3D smartphone that will bring a number of new features to the 3D Android smartphone, and one of the main features in the latest update is the ability to convert existing 2D games into 3D.
The update is being rolled out to some European LG Optimus 3D smartphones at the moment, and the 2D to 3G conversion should work with the majority of games, providing they have been built on Open GL.
The Update is available through LG’s PC update utility and you can also find out more information about it over at the XDA Developers.
