After all the leaks over the last couple of weeks it looks like Google’s next Nexus smartphone will be made by LG, a handset based on the LG Optimus G, that will be called the LG Nexus 4.
According to a French newspaper, Le Figaro, Google and LG will officially announce the new LG Nexus 4 on October the 29th, and the handset will apparently go on sale on the same day, this has yet to be confirmed by LG or Google.
The LG Nexus 4 is rumored to feature similar specifications to the LG Optimus G, which will include a quad core Snapdragon processor, 2GB of RAM and a 1280 x 768 True-High Definition IPS display, plus an 8 megapixel camera and a choice of 8GB or 16GB of storage, plus an microSD card slot.
As soon as we get some more information on the new LG Nexus 4, and also confirmation of exactly when the device will launch we will let you guys know.
