The LG G Flex is launching in South Korea this month, and now it looks like LG has decided to launch the handset in other countries around the world.
Samsung recently launched their Galaxy Round handset in South Korea, the device will only be sold in that country, and we had previously heard that the LG G Flex would be the same, although LG has decided to announce the device in other countries.
LG held a press event in South Korea yesterday for the LG G Flex, and they announced that the handset will be available in South Korea on the 12th of November.
They also announced that they will launch the G Flex in the US, Europe and China, LG did not give a specific date for these countries, but they did say it would be available as soon as possible.
The LG G Flex features a quad core 2.26GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, plus an Adreno 330 GPU and 2GB of RAM, the handset also comes with a 6 inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.
The display on the G Flex is curved vertically from top to bottom, and the handset comes with 32GB of built in storage and front and rear facing cameras.
On the front of the device we have a 2.1 megapixel camera, on the back there is a 13 megapixel camera which can record full high definition video in 1080p.
Other specifications on the handset include a 3,500 mAh battery, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi and LTE Advanced.
LG is currently in talks with a number of mobile carriers in the US, Europe and China, as soon as we get some details on exactly when the handset will launch outside of South Korea, we will let you guys know.
