Lexus has announced the MSRP for the LC 500 and LC 500h 2+2 sports coupe. The basic LC 500 gets power from a 5.0L V8 engine that is paired with a direct shift 10-speed automatic transmission. The V8 delivers 471 hp and 398 lb-ft of torque. The starting price for the base LC 500 is $92,000 plus the $975 delivery fee.
If the hybrid version called the LC 500h is more your style, it starts at $96,510. That hybrid car uses a 3.5L V6 with total output of 345hp. Standard features on both cars include triple projector LED headlamps, daytime running lights, premium audio, drive mode select, paddle shifters, and a 10.3-inch TFT information display. The cars come with Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Dynamic radar cruise control, lane keeping assist, and intelligent high-beam lights.
The touring package will add $4,000 to the LC 500 and $2,790 to the LC 500h. The Sports Package with Glass adds $4,000 to the LC 500 and $2,400 to the LC 500h. Sport Package with Carbon trim adds $7,000 to the LC 500 and $5,400 to the LC 500h. The most expensive package is the Performance Package with with Carbon at $10,000 for the LC 500 and $8,790 for the LC 500h.
