Konami has this week unveiled a new mini games console in the form of the Konami TurboGrafx-16 mini which will be available in three different designs depending on your location whether it be the Americas, Europe or Japan. Check out the announcement trailer below to learn a little more about what you can expect from the mini games consoles, although very few details are currently available on the website just has a few images at the current time.
The mini games consoles are equipped with a system-level quick save feature as well as various display modes, including a retro CRT TV look. Konami has included support for up to 4 game pads but you will need to purchase the separate multitap plug-in adaptor.
Unfortunately, no information on pricing or worldwide availability has been released as yet by Konami, but as soon as information comes to light, we will keep you updated as always. What we do know is that each console will come preloaded with a selection of games taking the form of :
– New Adventure Island
– Ninja Spirit
– Ys Book 1 & 2
– Dungeon Explorer
– Alien Crush
