The iPhone 6 is expected to launch some time in September, Apple will also launch the Apple iWatch and Apple iOS 8 at the same time, and now we have some more details about the iPhone 6 camera.
According to a recent report, the iPhone 6 camera will feature EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization) instead of iOS, the reason this is apparently being done is to produce a slimmer handset.
Apple has apparently opted for EIS over OIS for the iPhone 6 camera, as EIS doesn’t require moving parts in the camera, which would allow them to produce a slimmer camera.
The iPhone 6 camera will apparently come with a pixel size of 1.75 um, the current iPhone 5S camera has a pixel size of 1.5 um, this will improve the picture quality of the device.
We also heard previously that Apple will be introducing a new 64-bit mobile processor with the iPhone 6, this is the new Apple A8, which the company will also use in other devices like the iPad.
We are expecting Apple to launch two models of the iPhone 6, one with a 4.7 inch display, which will launch in September, the other with either a 5.5 inch or a 5 .7 inch display, this model will apparently launch later in the year. As soon as we get some mroe details about the new iPhone 6, we will let you guys know.
