The iPad Pro is rumored to come with a 12.9 inch display and according to a recent report, Apple will be getting the displays for their new larger iPad from Samsung and Sharp.
Sharp will apparently be the main supplier of the displays for the iPad Pro and Samsung will apparently play a secondary role in the supply of displays for the new tablet.
The 12.9 inch display on the iPad Pro is rumored to come with a resolution of 2732 x 2048 pixels and the device is expected to be powered by a new Apple A9X processor.
The Apple A9X will be a faster version of the Apple A9 that will launch with the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus.
Apple’s new larger tablet will come with a Touch ID fingerprint sensor, the device is also expected to be the first iPad to feature 256GB of built in storage.
Apple are expected to launch the iPad Pro with iOS 9 in September and we are expecting the device to be unveiled at Apple’s iPhone event.
