Samsung recently released a software update for the US version of their Galaxy S III handset, the update removed universal search from the device, and not it is the turn of the international version of the device.
Samsung has now released a software update for the international Galaxy S III, and the update removes local search from the smartphone, this has been done because of the legal cases between Apple and Samsung.
Samsung are obviously making sure that their Galaxy S III smartphone will not be banned from sale, like the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the US and the Galaxy Tab 7.7 in Europe.
Samsung and Apple are scheduled to battle it out in a US court later this month, and there are also a number of ongoing cases between the two companies in other countries.
