Earlier today we heard that Google will no longer work with Huawei, now it has been revealed that Intel, Qualcomm and Broadcom will also stop supplying the company.
This has all happened because the US government has placed Huawei on a black list and now these companies will no longer do business with the Chinese smartphone maker.
The US government have classed Huawei as a security risk, the US and China are in the middle of a trade dispute.
Huawei is the world’s second largest smartphone maker next to Samsung, so this is bad news for the company.
Google announced earlier that it has removed Huawei’s android license and now Qualcomm, Intel and Broadcom will stop supplying the company with their chipsets. The companies have not announced this officially as yet, although they have told their employees internally that this is happening.
