If your receive a text message on your iPhone telling you that your Apple ID is about to expire, ignore it as it is a phishing scam.
Some people in the UK have received text messages saying that your Apple ID is about to expire, you are then asked to go to a website link in the text, do not click this link as it is a scam that is looking to steal your Apple ID and password. Apple will not contact anyone by text asking them to change their password, or login tom a website, if you receive one of these text messages, ignore it as clicking the link will take you to a phishing website.
